This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is incorporated into the Lucrative Terms of Service. It outlines the strict operational limits and prohibited behaviors for all users. Lucrative AI Inc. retains the right to audit your compliance with this AUP at any time.
1. Strict Prohibited Industries
Due to regulatory compliance and network reputation risks, Lucrative explicitly bans the use of our Services by organizations operating in, or marketing for, the following sectors:
- Multi-Level Marketing (MLM), Pyramid Schemes, or "Get Rich Quick" programs.
- CBD, Cannabis, related paraphernalia, or unregulated supplements.
- Affiliate Marketing networks where the primary purpose is driving traffic to third-party affiliate links.
- Adult entertainment, pornography, or escort services.
- The sale of illegal goods, weapons, or controlled substances.
2. Email Marketing, Anti-Spam & Deliverability Enforcement
Lucrative operates a multi-tenant email infrastructure (Lucrative AI for Marketing). Your actions affect the deliverability of all customers. You agree to strictly adhere to the CAN-SPAM Act (US), CASL (Canada), and GDPR (EU) electronic marketing rules.
- Purchased Lists are Banned: You may only send emails to contacts who have explicitly opted-in to receive communications from you. The use of purchased, rented, or scraped lists is grounds for immediate account termination.
- Opt-Out Mechanisms: Every marketing email sent through Lucrative must contain a clear, functional unsubscribe link.
- Threshold Violations: We programmatically monitor sender reputations. If your account exceeds a Hard Bounce Rate of 5% or a Spam Complaint Rate of 0.1%, Lucrative's automated systems will suspend your email sending capabilities. Lucrative reserves the right to permanently terminate accounts that breach these thresholds, without refund.
3. Network & System Abuse
You shall not: (a) Introduce viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, or other malicious code into the Services; (b) Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers, databases, or third-party Sub-processor networks; (c) Launch Denial-of-Service (DoS) attacks against our infrastructure.
