  • Can display up to 10 Dimensions/ Lines.

bar graph

Used to show comparisons between values.

Capabilities
  • Allows you to visualize patterns over a longer period and compare data to a previous period or goal (or both)
  • Especially valuable when you want to compare different Dimensions to each other
    • Example: HubSpot Mktg: Sessions by Source on a Stacked Bar Chart would proportionally show the sources of your sessions in a given time period.
Considerations
  • Can only add Data From: Single Metric to display multiple lines on the Line Chart.
  • Can display up to 10 Dimensions/ Bars.

pie chart

Used to illustrate numerical proportions through the size of the slices.

Capabilities
  • Easy to interpret
  • Great for showing distribution
    • Example: HubSpot Mktg: Sessions by Source on a Pie Chart would clearly show the distribution of traffic coming in from different channels
Considerations
  • Don’t get the exact value or percentage of the whole unless you hover over the slice of the Pie.
  • Does not show comparison percentages.
  • Does not display granularity or trends over time.
  • Can only display up to 10 Dimensions.

Table

Used to list Metrics by  order  of importance, ranking, etc. for a clear view and comparisons of Metric values.

Capabilities
  • Allows you to see exact values and comparison percentages
    • Example: HubSpot Mktg: Sessions by Source in a Table would clearly show how many Sessions each Source brought in, and how that compares to the previous period or goal
  • Can select Data From: Single Metric or Data From: Multiple Metrics.
  • Can show the Total SUM, AVG, MIN, or MAX
Considerations
  • Does not display granularity or trends over time.
  • Can only have 1 customizable column + 1 comparison percentage column.

funnel

Used to track the stages potential customers travel through in order to become a customer.

Capabilities
  • Displays data vertically.
  • Limit of 10 “rows” that can be added and uniquely mapped.
  • Allows the user to select Data From: Single Metric or Data From: Multiple Metrics.
  • Sort functionality tells the system whether or not to automatically rearrange the “row” items based on their value (highest → lowest) in order to create the typical “funnel” visual.
  • Step Conversion option available to accurately report on conversions
    • Can choose Step by Step, which shows the conversion percentages from stage 1 → stage 2, stage 2 → stage 3, stage 3 → stage 4, etc.
    • Can choose From First Value, which shows the conversion percentages from stage 1 → stage 2, stage 1 → stage 3, stage 1 → stage 4, etc.
    • Show Percent toggle allows you to turn these conversion percentages on or off
Considerations
  • Can not show comparisons to previous period or goal.
  • Does not display granularity or trends over time.

pipeline

Used to show the evolution of lead generation through the connection of marketing and sales data.

Capabilities
  • Displays data horizontally
  • Limit of 10 “rows” that can be added and uniquely mapped
  • Sort functionality tells the system whether or not to automatically rearrange the “row” items based on their value (highest → lowest) in order to create the typical Pipeline visual
  • Step Conversion option available
    • Can choose Step by Step, which shows the conversion percentages from stage 1 → stage 2, stage 2 → stage 3, stage 3 → stage 4, etc.
    • Can choose From First Value, which shows the conversion percentages from stage 1 → stage 2, stage 1 → stage 3, stage 1 → stage 4, etc.
    • Show Percent toggle allows you to turn these conversion percentages on or off
Considerations
  • Can not show comparisons to previous period or Goal.
  • Does not display granularity or trends over time.

progress bar

Used to show progress towards reaching a Goal.

Capabilities
  • Clearly shows progress towards reaching a Goal
Considerations
  • Must set a Goal in the Lucrative.ai Account for this visualization to work properly.
  • Can not show comparisons to previous period.
  • Does not display granularity or trends over time.

guage

Used to show progress towards reaching a Goal or maximum value.

Capabilities
  • Clearly shows progress towards reaching a Goal or manually entered value
  • Can set a Max Value directly in the Property Manager
Considerations
  • Can not show comparisons to previous period.
  • Does not display granularity or trends over time.

compare

Used to compare Metrics side by side (more advanced version of the Number Datablock).

Capabilities
  • Can view 2 Metrics side by side
  • Metrics can be from 2 unique Data Sources or from the same Data Source
  • Can show comparison percentage or progress to Goal
Considerations
  • Can only show 1 comparison percentage per metric (compare to previous period OR Goal OR same period last year etc.).
  • Does not display granularity or trends over time.

interval

Used to show and compare values for the same Metric for different Date Ranges on one Datablock.

Capabilities
  • Intended to show values of the same metric for different Date Ranges on one Datablock.
  • Allows the user to see Daily // Weekly // Monthly // Quarterly // Yearly values of the same Metric in one view (when applicable).
  • Can have a maximum of 10 “rows”.
Considerations
  • Does not display granularity or trends over time

combo chart

Used to compare two different Metrics (combination of the Line Graph and Bar Graph).

Capabilities
  • Allows for 2 Metrics that are related to be tracked against one another.
  • Ability to compare the movement/ patterns of one Metric directly to the movement/ patterns of another Metric. This allows the viewer to easily recognize the correlation between these Metrics.
  • Automatically adds second y-axis when the difference between Metric values is reasonably large (greater than 3x difference). This allows users to better identify fluctuations between two Metrics.
Considerations
  • Maximum of 2 Metrics can be added to the chart.
  • The second y-axis is automatically generated when the difference between Metric values is 3x or more. This is automatic and cannot be disabled.

heat map

Used to visually represent days that activity is exceptionally high or low.

Capabilities
  • Clearly highlights hours/ days/ months where the Metric value significantly increased or decreased.
Considerations
  • Key at the bottom updates with the Date Range (not always reflective of a typical calendar view).

multi-tab chart

Used to display multiple Line and Bar Charts in one Datablock.

Capabilities
  • Space-saving design.

  • All tabs will not be visible in Scheduled Snapshots.

text

Used to display comments or add additional information to a Databoard.

Capabilities
  • Allows the user to manually enter text directly onto the Databoard.
