What permissions do I need to connect a HubSpot Marketing account to Lucrative.ai?

To connect a HubSpot Marketing account in Lucrative.ai, you will need Marketing Access enabled. This can be set by an admin user in the HubSpot account. 

Pro Tip: To ensure you have access to all of your content data, which includes Blog, Email and Landing Page analytics, it is recommended that you connect the HubSpot account to Lucrative.ai with Super Admin user permissions.  

If you did not have the appropriate permissions when you initially connected your HubSpot Marketing Data Source, you will need to reconnect the HubSpot Marketing Data Source once your permissions have been updated. 

What permissions do I need to connect a HubSpot CRM account to Lucrative.ai?

To connect a HubSpot CRM account in Lucrative.ai, you will need Sales Access enabled. This can be set by an admin user in the HubSpot account. 

Pro Tip: If you were unable to get the necessary permissions for the HubSpot account, you can have a 3rd party connect the Data Source.
